LO2- initial ideas: (P2)

My chosen channel is channel 4, This project will consist of me creating my own intents but having three initial ideas that I can base the new ident on: 

Initial idea:1 

My first idea is having the channel 4 logo exactly the same but this time, during the ident I would show different fonts of the number 4 to represent the different genre and shows that this one channel represents all these different shows the same way the number 4 changes its font in the ident with shows in the background of the font changing. preferably, This ident should be presented during the evening around 6pm. This is because it is showing the channels that are usually shown during the evening time that the audience would want to watch.in the background whilst doing work or even when you are trying to wine down after a long day and just want entertainment. Therefore, it would be better presented at 6 then 8 am.

This ident will consist of:

• Intense music and background sound 
• A voice over
• Ident posted in the evening
• Greenscreen

Initial idea: 2

Cake cutting and once cutting a slice a character animated as the number 4 pops out, this then will transition to flashing scenes from different shows that they present on the channel. This shows that the program is suitable for everyone and even if the ident is a little goofy or childish in some sense, its wholesome and shows that yes channel 4 is a number on a channel. The cake represents how good the programs are whilst trying to tell the audience it is as good as imaging how good the cake tastes.

The ident will consist of:

• voice over 
• presenting the next upcoming channels during voice over
• green screen
• ident posted during lunch time. 

Initial idea:3

My third idea is having the channel 4 number jumping from cloud to cloud in the sky having each of the clouds to have different shows or genres when jumping into the cloud as if it is a pocket. This is an amazing way to show the different channels but the fact that the character is the audience and whatever time number four jumps into a cloud is the different timing that the different program is shown on the channel. This portrays what he audience will feel when they come onto channel 4 at the different timings of the day. the cloud will have a Time on it. For example, at 6 pm, having come dine with me on the tv.

The ident will consist of:

• Voice over 
• explaining what is happening in the ident very quickly
• green screen:
• of the clouds, the number 4 and having to insert the programs within the clouds.
• ident posted during day time 
• seen as the clouds, unless the clouds go through different weather option s as they jump through different programs .
